Narda-MITEQ designs and manufactures high-performance digital PIN diode switches covering frequencies from 80 MHz to 44 GHz. Our RF and microwave switching solutions support commercial, aerospace, military, and defense systems, including radar, electronic warfare (EW), satellite communications, space, telemetry, and RF transceivers. Our solid-state switches offer fast switching speeds and customizable configurations to meet demanding electrical and system requirements.

For complex systems, multiple switches can be combined into switch matrices to manage signal routing. Narda-MITEQ also offers drop-in integration options, MIL-STD-883 screening, and custom connector configurations to meet specialized application requirements. All PIN diode switches are backed by Narda-MITEQ's warranty, with most models available in RoHS-compliant versions.

  • Reflective and Absorptive Switches: Control RF signal paths by reflecting or absorbing unused signal power.
  • Single-Pole, Multi-Throw Switches: Route RF signals between multiple paths, with SP9T through SP12T configurations available upon request.
  • Transfer Switches: Switch signals between two paths for flexible RF routing.

We can, by special request, provide single pole nine-throw PIN diode switch (SP9T), single pole ten-throw PIN diode switch (SP10T), single pole eleven-throw PIN diode switch (SP11T), single-pole twelve-throw PIN diode switch (SP12T) and can array switches to form switch matrices to handle signal routing in complex systems.
